About Kevin Teixeira
Kevin Teixeira is the President and Financial Adviser of Teixeira Wealth Management LLC. Kevin founded Teixeira Wealth Management in 2016 and has been the Portfolio Manager for all TWM Select Equity portfolios and TWM Eagle Eye portfolios since the company’s inception.
Kevin Teixeira is the President and Insurance Agent of Teixeira Insurance Services LLC. Kevin established Teixeira Insurance Services in 2012 and took it independent in 2016. He has extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of asset protection, income protection, and estate planning.
He has over 14 years of experience in the financial industry. Kevin began his financial career in 2008 with New York Life, where he served as an Insurance Agent. In 2009 he became a Registered Representative (Series 6 & 63 licensed) with NYLIFE Securities and in 2012 became a Financial Adviser (Series 7 & 66 licensed) with Eagle Strategies.
He received many awards during his career with New York Life, such as Mainstay Funds Master, Chairman’s Council Member, and Agent Of The Year for his region. Kevin also achieved Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) status multiple times (top % of all insurance agents in the world).
Kevin is the President and Developer of Teixeira Capital Ventures LLC. He founded Teixeira Capital Ventures in 2015 and has managed multiple real estate investment groups. His vision to build a great project has helped him earn a reputation as one of the top local boutique developers on the Central Coast.
Kevin Teixeira is the President and Broker of Teixeira Property Advisers Inc. Kevin established Teixeira Property Advisers in 2007 and has consistently been a multi-million dollar residential and commercial real estate producer.
He has over 18 years of real estate sales experience, along with over 20 years of real estate investing experience. Kevin has managed investment groups that have renovated and developed over 170 units of real estate, which represent over $60,000,000 worth of property value.
Kevin earned a degree in Agribusiness Finance & Real Estate from Cal Poly State University in San Luis Obispo in 2003. He was born and raised on the Central Coast and has multi-generational ties to both San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties.
Kevin loves playing and coaching baseball and football. Growing up, he was part of many championship baseball teams and feels working together with his clients to achieve their goals completely parallels being part of a winning team. Kevin also enjoys watching a great concert and spending quality time on the lake or on the golf course.

About Elizabeth Head
Elizabeth is known amongst clients and peers for her integrity, commitment to customer service, negotiating skills and a tireless work ethic. Elizabeth brings to us over 15 years of real estate industry related experience including real estate law, residential development and property and casualty insurance.
She has comprehensive knowledge of the art of buying and selling, negotiating for the best deal, and sensitivity to customer satisfaction. Elizabeth has a strong grasp on the importance of finding the best product at the right time, and maximizing her client’s investments.
With a fundamental understanding, that buying or selling a property is a transaction that shapes a person’s life, and with an eye for style and creativity, Elizabeth keeps the focus on her clients’ wishes and needs.
Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geology from California State University Sacramento. Born and raised on the central coast, she has strong ties to both San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties and is a member in several organizations.
